Terms of Service

By making a booking at Enhle Bed and Breakfast ("we", "us", "the property"), located at 34 Russel St, KwaDukuza Central, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, you ("the guest") agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to all bookings made directly, via Airbnb, WhatsApp, or any other channel.

• A booking is confirmed only once a deposit or full payment has been received.
• We accept EFT, cash, and payments via agreed third-party platforms (e.g. Airbnb).
• Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice for future bookings.
• Prices displayed on this website are per room per night unless stated otherwise.

• Standard check-in: 14:00 (2 PM)
• Standard check-out: 10:00 (10 AM)
• Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability — please contact us in advance.
• Guests who have not checked out by the agreed time may be charged an additional fee.

• 72+ hours notice: Full refund of any deposit paid.
• 24–72 hours notice: 50% of the booking value is forfeited.
• Less than 24 hours: No refund — the full booking amount is due.
• No-shows are charged the full booking amount.
• For bookings made through Airbnb, that platform's cancellation policy applies.

• Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please be considerate of other guests.
• No smoking inside any rooms or indoor common areas.
• Parties and events must be arranged and approved in advance. Unauthorised gatherings may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Guests are responsible for keeping rooms clean and tidy during their stay.
• Any damage to property caused by guests will be charged to the guest.
• Visitors (non-staying guests) are allowed but must be registered at the property.
• Pets are not permitted unless agreed in writing before arrival.

Enhle Bed and Breakfast takes reasonable care to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. However, we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep valuables secure. We are not responsible for any injury, accident, or loss that occurs on the property unless caused by our direct negligence.

Breakfast is available to purchase and is not included in the room rate unless explicitly stated. Additional services (laundry, extended stays, event hire) are subject to separate pricing and agreement.

Enhle Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who violates these terms, causes a disturbance, or poses a risk to other guests or staff. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
